Reporting a Hit Meter

Please report a hit meter immediately.  A serviceman will be dispatched to the reported area.  Residents must leave the home immediately; however, please remain at a safe distance on or near the property until the serviceman has either repaired the meter or declared the area safe. If a hit meter is reported and the customer is not at home the serviceman may need to turn the gas off to the residence.

Meter guards will not guarantee that a meter will not be hit or that damage will not occur; however, they will deter the amount of damage and the costs for repairs.

A meter guard can be installed upon your request for a $20.00 fee.
